Email and domain check

Why are your emails going to spam?

If your quotes, invoices and replies land in spam, or someone could send email pretending to be your business, the cause is almost always three missing or weak settings on your domain: SPF, DKIM and DMARC. Our free check reads them and tells you what to add.

What we check on your domain

  • SPF: the list of services allowed to send email for your domain.
  • DKIM: the digital signature that proves an email really came from you.
  • DMARC: the rule that tells inboxes what to do with fake email using your name, and whether it’s set strong enough to protect you.
  • Domain renewal: when your domain expires, because an expired domain takes your website and email down together.

Why it matters

Inbox providers like Gmail and Outlook now expect these settings. Without them, real emails from your business are more likely to be marked as spam, and scammers can send convincing emails in your name to your customers.
